Calling All Wallets
An open solicitation for high-volume wallet projects
If you have, work with, or are aware of a digital personal wallet project capable of onboarding and supporting hundreds of millions of individuals in a short period of time, we’d like to speak with you.
Digital Trust Ventures (DTV) has launched a startup, currently in stealth mode, that will generate up to hundreds of millions of wallet holders sometime around the middle of 2024. This startup will not provide personal wallet services, and instead will rely on partners to satisfy the near-instant strong demand that will be generated upon launch. We are seeking two partners to be part of this launch, who will offer competing wallets that are fully interoperable with each other and with the DTV startup’s KERI-based tooling.
A personal wallet partner must:
- Be capable of scaling to hundreds of millions of users in a short period of time (from 1 to 30 days)
- Provide appropriate self-service and other support for all users
- Support KERI and ACDCs
- Be thin/keys-at-the-edge, with ACDCs managed through hosted cloud agents
- Support all ACDCs, regardless of project participation
- Support simple messaging
- Have an excellent, simple UI/UX
- Be ready to go by Summer 2024
The wallet must support freemium pricing; a strong monetization model for the personal wallet along with other details of the project will be shared under NDA with qualified prospective partners.
In exchange for providing all of this, the partner will enjoy global recognition on a stage with no equal, and the chance to quickly onboard hundreds of millions of users. We are looking for strong, established companies with clear capabilities to handle a project this large, not startups.
